Currently we are studying  The Gnostic Gospels by Elaine Pagels.  "A provocative study of the gnostic gospels and the world of early Christianity as revealed through the Nag Hammadi texts."  This book is available on Amazon.com.

MEN’S BREAKFAST AND RELIGIOUS STUDY GROUP

This group meets the second and fourth Tuesday (September through May) of each month at 7:30 am in Painted Cliffs Hall. The group focuses on modern religious scholarship.
The current study is "When Did Jesus Become God?"

The men start with donuts and coffee, followed by announcements and an hour-long DVD presentation and discussion.
